The One UI 7.0 beta program will be available for developers and regular users. Samsung initially confirmed the beta is only for developers after the first official One UI 7.0 teaser at the Samsung developer conference (SDC24) last week, which caused some concern among Samsung fans. However, a Samsung US community forum moderator has confirmed that the public can access the One UI 7.0 beta program. Its release schedule remains unknown. Users will be notified via the Samsung Members app when its rollout begins.
The One UI beta updates are now publicly available, which clarifies Samsung’s announcement about its arrival for developers. The official release of One UI 7 OSÂ is scheduled for 2025. Samsung has stated that the next Galaxy S series, known as the Galaxy S25 series, will be the first device to be powered by it. This is expected to take place in early 2025, aligning with the Samsung Galaxy S24 series launch timeline that debuted in January this year.Â
According to the South Korean technology conglomerate, One UI 7 is designed with three main goals: simplicity, a unique look, and good appeal. The operating system has been revamped to have a cleaner appearance and provide more consistency, making it easier to use while completing tasks.
