OpenAI, the maker of the popular GenAI Model, ChatGPT, is working on a social media platform similar to X. The project is in an early phase and has not started properly. The Company is making an internal prototype that will feature a social feed fixed around ChatGPT’s image generation capabilities, similar to X and Instagram.
Open AI is taking a step forward towards a new upgrade, working on an X-like social network, making an internal prototype which will be fixed around ChatGPT’s image generation. The project is in its early phase, and OpenAI’s co-founder and chief executive officer Sam Altman has been keeping it secret but taking feedback from external parties.
Currently, it isn’t disclosed whether the social platform will be launched as a separate app or integrated with ChatGPT. This Social network will perhaps help users to interact with ChatGPT by creating, sharing AI-generated visual content. However, the final result significantly depends upon user feedback and internal development, also AI assists user interaction on the platform. The Upgradation gives OpenAI direct access to the latest stream of real-time data, which helps in training large language models (and helps OpenAI train its models).
