When Affordability Meets Exceptional: Discover Micromax In Note 2

Back in the day, the smartphone market in India was mostly stranglehold by Chinese brands transforming the lives of millions of people in all aspects. Gradually, Chinese companies began to collapse due to – the accelerated anti-Chinese sentiments amongst the majority of Indians. Micromax, the homegrown mobile manufacturing company, turned out to be an Indian jewel that flourished like anything. Close to the heart of youth and celebrating the vibrancy of life and empowerment, Micromax yet again launched its flagship smartphone, which is budget-friendly with competitive specifications. Micromax In Note 2 is here to unlock the possibilities with its cutting-edge features. Let’s find out what this smartphone entails.

Smooth Display

The smartphone boasts a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a punch-hole notch at the top centre. The full HD+ display of 1080x2408PX and a pixel density of 466 PPI give you a great movie-watching and gaming experience. The round 550-nits of peak brightness offers better usability under outdoor lighting. Made with a dazzling glass finish on the back and protected by corning Gorilla Glass 3, In Note 2 is here to elevate your smartphone experience. The rear side of the phone has glossy glass, meaning it will leave fingerprints.

Ultra High Performance

Powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 chipset with a 2Ghz octa-core processor, the phone runs on the Android v11 operating system. A Mali G76 GPU facilitates multitasking and gaming experience. In terms of performance, the device doesn’t disappoint users, as you can play COD Mobile or even BGMI, which is icing on the cake. Though the device doesn’t have the best stock UI, due to which it’s a little buggy. In addition, the liquid cooling technology controls the device’s temperature during heavy usage or gaming, giving you the next performance level.¬†

Standard Cameras

This time, Micromax incorporated a 48MP AI quad rear camera with an LED flash + 5MP ultra-wide + 2MP DEPTH + 2MP micro sensor, and 16MP selfie cameras. With the rear camera, users can shoot up to 1080p@60fps, while the front camera can shoot up to 1080p@30fps. The list of camera features includes Time Lapse, Panorama, Night Mode, Slow Motion, Pro Mode, Burst Mode, Slow Motion, Face Beauty, QR Code Scanner, and a lot more. However, the camera quality is lacklustre, which should have been improved to some extent. For those who want a smartphone with excellent camera quality and features, In Note 2 might not be a good option to go with.

Ample Storage

The smartphone comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage capacity for storing relevant and useful apps. You also get a dedicated slot for expanding storage up to 265 GB. Micromax has done everything to help its users to keep extra files, apps, and docs easily with a dedicated SD slot. However, for heavy users, this smartphone might not fulfill their storage needs; still it can be a nice choice for those who have nothing to do with high storage.

Durable Battery

The levelled-up battery life is another thing that attracts users’ attention to a great level. 5000 mAh Li-Po battery with 30W charger claiming to deliver 50% charge in just 25 minutes. Talking about battery backup, a full day of power backup is expected upon the usage of normal tasks such as calling, texting, browsing, and other day-to-day activities; however, there is nothing spectacular about the battery life of this smartphone.

Seamless Connectivity

The smartphone provides you with seamless connectivity options, including 4G, VoLTE, dual standby, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi, for a fast and stable connection with other devices, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a 2.0USB Type C-charging port. In addition, the device also has Google’s GPS for online tracking. One thing the phone lacks in terms of connectivity is 5G, which might concern most users. Further, the sensors on the device include an accelerometer and fingerprint sensor.¬†

In terms of design, display, and performance, Micromax In Note 2 can be a preferred choice for users, but when it comes to camera and battery life, it might not fulfill users’ demands as such. Available at Rs. 13,499 in Black and Brown colours, users can try this smartphone to experience the brilliance of a homegrown product.
