Vivo V21 Review: Full Specifications, Features, and Price

Vivo V21 Review

Vivo has launched its first selfie phone with a 44 MP front camera with an OIS Night selfie feature. Vivo V21 5G is the first phone in the world that is selfie dedicated. This latest device is the successor of the Vivo V20 and comes with all high-end features that mark the device as the flagship phone of the year. The smartphone aims to offer a great camera experience, support 5G network connectivity, the latest MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor, and comes at an affordable pricing point. Check further details in Vivo V21 Review.

Flagship Phone of the Year with Flagship Features

The phone has already launched globally with features like a 6.44-inch FullHD + AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Vivo V21 Review confirmed that the device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor paired with Mali G57 MC3 GPU. The dual SIM handset is packed with 128/8GB RAM, which is expandable through a micro SDcard. The phone battery is no bigger concern as it comes with a 4000mAh battery along with a 33W fast charging support.

Other Vivo V21 specifications and features include its software and connectivity features. Vivo V21 5G sports Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11. When it comes to connectivity, it supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Dual SIM slot, and Type C USB. As far as the phone sensors are concerned, the device offers an under-display fingerprint for hassle-free unlock accelerometer, proximity, compass, and gyro.

Vivo is a famous brand and known for manufacturing successful phones even in the budget segment. Vivo V21 comes with an elegant design including slim edges and light-weight. Though the phone looks like its successor Vivo V20, the features of the phone set it apart. The phone’s size measures 159.7 x 73.9 x 7.3 mm, and the overall weight of the phone is 176g.

Vivo V21 5G with 44MP an  OIS Night Selfie Camera

In this phone, the company has focused on cameras and made it a complete selfie dedicated phone. The phone has 44MP OIS Night Selfie Camera that made it “Night Selfie Specialized” with an f/2.0 aperture lens. What makes the camera more special and focused is the dual-LED flash module at the edge of the screen. These spotlights throw direct light on your face when you use the front camera at night. Also, the front camera records 4K video @30 fps, minus OIS.

The phone is selfie dedicated, so the company has not focused much on the phone’s rear camera, but still, they are worth considering. On the back, the company has set three cameras with 64MP main OIS, 8MP ultra-wide angle, and 2MP shooting Macros.

The camera performance of the Vivo V21 is ultimate. The phone is selfie dedicated and we have already revealed how capable it is. Similarly, the back camera of the phone has potential to capture focused and high-quality photos.
